Mindful Activity Jar: Take a break from technology, tap into the present moment & your creativity with this fun mindful craft!
Instructions:
1. Before you begin pause for a moment, take a deep breath in and out.
2. Check in with how you feel. Write down one emotion you feel right now on a piece of paper.
3. Click on the and watch the
all the way through.
4. Gather your materials to make your very own mindful activity jar.
5. Rewatch the
video, pausing when you need to, and make the craft with Gaby.
7. When you're done with your jar, click
to complete your mindful journal page. Use the

to answer the journal questions.
8. Make sure to complete both journal pages! Click
when complete.
