Learning Target: I can demonstrate my understanding about the basics of geology
In order for us to know how rocks are formed, we need to know the basics of geology. Geology is the study of Earth, Earth's materials, the structure of those materials and the processes acting upon those structures. There are many different fields of geology that interest scientists. Let's take a look at the basic foundation of geology.
