Get someone to test you on reading and spelling these words. High frequency words are words that you will see lots in all kinds of writing. It is great to be able to read and spell these really quickly because they come up so often. Which ones do you know already? Which ones do you need some more practise with? Pick one of the suggested activities to practise the trickier words with as often as you can - the more practise the better!
