Watch the instructional video 🎥 We are learning about the word family -at. Can you think of any words that end in -at sounds? Complete this activity to learn and consolidate your knowledge of some words in the -at family. Page 1 1. Click on the sound clip to listen to the word and have a go reading it yourself. 2. Use the letters provided to build the word using the move tool to drag and move each letter into place in the 'build it' box provided. 3. Then write the word using the a pencil or pen in the space provided. Page 2 1. Use the move tool and unscramble the words to make a sentence. Listen to the recording at the bottom right corner if you need some help. 2. Re-read the sentence to make sure it sounds right. Page 3 1. You are going to write a simple sentence using the word. Use the :text: tool to type or a pencil or pen to write your own simple sentence using the word. Repeat steps for other words in the word family. Student Reflection Pages: Page 17: Complete the checklist to show that you have completed each section of the activity. Page 18: Reflect on your learning during the activity. When you have completed all the pages click check to submit your work. Bonus: use the mic feature to record your work and yourself reading on each page.
