Student Instructions

Today you will be learning about the final j sound. Did you know that no words in the English language end with the letter J? It's true! So what makes the j sound at the end of the words? Let's find out! Watch the video by clicking on the picture. When you are done, come back and press the add. Use the move to drag the pictures into the column you think it belongs in. Look at each word. Say the word aloud. Does it have a short vowel or long vowel sound? That will determine whether it goes in the -ge column or the -dge column.' When you are done, use the mic to record yourself saying the words. Then press the check when you are done.
