Grades: Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 2nd Grade
Subjects: Math

Student Instructions

Click the add button. In the drawing section you will find two pages of activities. In the first activity, answer the questions and using the label tool write the number answers in the text boxes. Use the object counters at the top of the page to help you. Use the move tool to drag them onto the number frame. Then complete the number sentence. Finally, put the friendly number frame on top, or underneath its matching pair. There is one example completed for you. In the second activity, match the number frames with their friendly number partner. Try not to count the objects in the frame. Use the move tool to drag the number frame on top or underneath its matching pair. When you are finished press check to post your work to your journal.

Teacher Notes (not visible to students)

I have used the number frames from Maths Learning Center - https://apps.mathlearningcenter.org/number-frames/ to create the images for this activity. I used www.remove.bg to remove the background of each of the icons and the tens frames.
