This is a lesson on the use of apostrophes when we need to show a possessive noun - to describe when something belongs to someone, for example: Maria has a red hat = The hat belongs to Maria = This is Maria's red hat. Add when you are ready. 1. Watch the possessive nouns video. 2. Make notes using the notepad on Seesaw or on paper. 3. Draw or type what you learn once you've watched the video. 4. Give at least 4 examples of possessive nouns from the video. 5. Tap the when you're ready to submit for the teacher to review. Nouns' hiding places can be a bit tricky to understand and find but don't give up! There are some possessive nouns with apostrophes hiding in my instructions - can you tell me what they are by using the ? Happy hunting for possessive nouns and those tricky apostrophes!
