Read the book "The Busy Little Squirrel" by Nancy Tafuri Create a class book with the students taking the place of the animals. Students can edit the text boxes and type their words or use the writing tools to write their words. Students don't have to record their voice, but it is a nice addition to create a video version of their story. (Activity idea from Emily Campbell, SPPS PreK)
