Headlines are usually found at the head or start of a newspaper article or a website. They are meant to summarize what the article is about in one short meaningful sentence or phrase. They are a hook that attracts the reader. Click on the instructions to see some memorable headlines from around the world. Your task is to write a headline that summarizes your thoughts on our third line of inquiry, "How humans can affect the balance in nature." Your headline should be catchy but brief (not too long). You may use a colon ( : ) or a semi-colon ( ; ) to connect two ideas (see the examples). In the template you will show your thinking, test your ideas and then select ONE final headline to submit.
