Grades: 4th Grade, 3rd Grade, 5th Grade
Subjects: Home Learning, Character Building, English Language Arts

Student Instructions

Self-Reflection Passport of 2020. Let's be honest, the year 2020 has not been what we had hoped for or expected, but we can try to make the best of it. We can do this by working on ourselves and encouraging others. The best way to accomplish this, is reflect on the goals we have set for the month and create new ones for the upcoming month. add You will start with your passport page. Fill in each blank using the label tool with the information prompted. Create an emblem or symbol in the box provided that represents you, using the pen pencil highlighter label tools. Next, fill in the September pages using the label tool for reflecting and set new goals for October.

Teacher Notes (not visible to students)

This activity should be started at the end of September for reflection. Students should do a goal setting activity during the first week of school. The passport activity will lead into that and go all the way through December. I figured new year, new activity so I didn't extend this reflection activity past 2020.
