Teacher Notes (not visible to students)

Teachers, this is a great follow up activity after reading the story The Pigeon Has to Go to School! by Mo Willems. Have students discuss what they love about school, and what they are excited that they get to do! Then, have students use Seesaw to take a photo of their favorite thing to do in your classroom, then draw the Pigeon into the scene. They can write or type a sentence, or use the microphone to tell what the Pigeon gets to do at school. As an alternative, students can create this project in the app PicCollage Edu, and post completed collage to Seesaw.
