Teacher Notes (not visible to pupils)
This is an activity with scaffolding levels. Students are introduced to groups of ten in the teens and then are asked to advance through the decades and finally to the hundreds. It purposefully challenges students to represent a number that is non proportional with digital materials (base 10, cuisenaire).
