Subjects: Character Building

Student Instructions

A special place is extremely important, especially when it comes to feeling as though you have no control over your environment. A special place can be described as anywhere you feel comfortable. It could be the beach, your room, sports field playing your favorite sport, or even a place you have always dreamed of visiting, or it could simply be the people that make the place. There are no limitations as to what a special place is, as long as you feel as though you can “go” to this place when you are feeling overwhelmed. You are encouraged to use a mix of imaginative ideas to create your own personal special place. Use the pen tool to draw an original piece of artwork or the photo tool to upload a picture of your safe place. Then, use the mic to explain how this space makes you feel and who you would prefer to share it with you. Click the check when finished. Or, save your work to return to it at a later time by clicking on the draft button.
