Things are kind of different right now. We have to stay at home, we can't go to school, play with your friends, and we have to wash our hands all the time. We are doing all of this to help keep everyone safe. However, some people can't stop doing their jobs because we need them to help us live and stay safe so they leave their home and go to work to help us. For example, doctors and nurses can't stop working or else there will not be anyone to help us when we get sick. Garbage Collectors cannot stop working or else there will be too much garbage in our streets which will hurt our environment and make us sick. These people who are continuing to work to keep us safe are called Frontline Workers. Some examples of Frontline Workers are people who work in the grocery stores, garbage collectors, truck drivers, police officers, doctors, and nurses. We will be completing a series of posters to thank these frontline workers to let them know how much we appreciate them. In your poster please include - A picture - Why you think that job is important - Thank you Please do not complete the poster on Seesaw. Complete the poster on a separate piece of paper. When you are finished your poster take a picture and upload it onto Seesaw.
