Our minds have different kinds of Hubbubbles - thoughts, feelings, and sensations. Our feeling Hubbubbles are all the different emotions or feelings, like sadness, happiness, or anger, that we feel every day. Today, we will take some time to notice our feeling Hubbubbles. 1. ▶️ Click play on the Mind Yeti audio session. Follow along with the guided instructions. 2. 💭 Think: How do our feelings change from moment to moment? Which feelings are hardest for you to experience? Which ones are the easiest? Which feelings do you experience often? Remember, all feelings are ok! 3. add Click Add Response. 4. video Click the video tool to record yourself talking about the feelings you had during this activity. How did breathing while noticing your feelings make your mood change? How does knowing about your feelings help you make better choices? 5. check Click the green check to add to your journal. 🗣 Check in with your family members about your feelings and how focusing on them makes your mind calm and your mood better.
