Today you will practice focusing all of your attention on your body. Learning to focus on one thing can help you strength your ability to calm and settle the Hubbub - let’s find out how! 1. ▶️ Click play on the Mind Yeti audio session. Follow along with the guided instructions. 2. 🤔 Think: what is it like to get into your Yeti Body? How does it feel to pay attention to your breath? What did you notice as you had to focus on your body? What did you feel in your body? 3. add Click the add button. 4. video Click the video to record yourself getting into your Yeti Body. Talk about all the things you are noticing as you sit there. Do you feel the chair 🛋, the fabric 👖, your fingers touching one another 🤲🏼?
