On page 1 use the to tell what you notice about a number line. Look at pages 2 and 3 to see how we use a number line to add. Try it on your own! Circle the number that shows how many fish are in the first fish bowl. Count how many fish are in the second fish bowl. For each fish you count in the second bowl move 1 number to the right. The number you end at tells how many in all!
