Hello, Mathematician! There is a Zoo being built in your town! Because of your rockin’ math skills, you have been chosen to create a blueprint for the zoo! The person who is able to create a blueprint that includes the most animals/exhibits possible while following all the guidelines, will be chosen as a member of the zoo’s design team! Use the checklist and guidelines in the Seesaw assignment to create a blueprint for your zoo! Your goal: Use the blueprint space to create a zoo that holds the most exhibits/animals possible, while following all the guidelines! add When you are ready to start this assignment, click the add response button. First, read through the directions on each page carefully, to give yourself an overview of your task! label drawing Use the text or draw tool to complete each page. Again, remember to read the directions carefully! *As a reminder, you must do the Zoo planning sheet first* Feel free to be as creative as you would like while sketching the blueprint of your zoo! When you have finished creating your zoo planning sheet and sketching your blueprint, then complete the area and perimeter page. Don't forget your labels! *OPTIONAL* mic Use the microphone to record a jingle (which is a slogan, something catchy) for your zoo to play as an advertisement on the radio. check When you have finished all the pages and shown your best work, click the green check to submit!

This is the more challenging version of this assignment, where every square is equal to 10 feet. There is another version (with the same title, without the *) where every square is equal to one foot. I assign one to different students in my class based on their skill level.
