Teacher Notes (not visible to students)

Students will need to read and analyze the Rights of a Child document prior to completion of this activity. This would work well as an independent learning station or in pairs. When complete, students compare their top 5 to the rest of the submissions. Look for trends and outliers. Guide the discussion to include why people differ in their personal opinions on rights. https://www.unicef.org/rightsite/files/uncrcchilldfriendlylanguage.pdf
