Overview: Assign this activity as a follow-up to Seesaw's I Love to Read Month virtual author event with author Eva Chen. Mrs. Chen read her book, 'I Am Golden' and students learned about the message of loving yourself and where you came from. In this activity, students will celebrate what they love about themselves! They will draw a picture of themself and come up with one word to describe themself. How to Use This Activity: Differentiate by having students draw a picture of themself on paper, and then use the photo tool in Seesaw to capture their drawing. Materials: None *Paper, markers, crayons if students are drawing themselves off Seesaw. Standards: ISTE 1.6 Activity created by author Eva Chen.
