Fold the paper in half the long way (hot dog style). Take a ruler and mark 1 in. wide lines from the crease of the fold to the other side. 🛑 an inch from the end. Cut along the lines. Connect the short ends together. Rollup the other sheet of colored paper and put it inside the lantern.
