Teachers, save “Thank a Community Helper: Heart Ladybug…” to assign it to your class.

We know how important community helpers are! We need to take the time to thank them! They work hard to make sure that: a. We are safe. b. We have the supplies we need. c. We are healthy. 1. Click on the link. 2. Print it out. The option to print is at the bottom where it says "heart ladybug template". You can print it in color or b&w (black and white). 3. Make a Heart Ladybug for each community helper you'd like to thank. 4. Write notes on each heart. Treat it like a graphic organizer! 5. If you can, post it where your community helper can see it! If it's a Postman, stick it on the mailbox! 6. Another option is to post all of the ladybugs on your window! It is Spring, flowers are in bloom, ladybugs are everywhere and we are thankful for our community helpers. 7. Make as many as you can! Examples of Community Helpers- farmers, nurses, grocery store workers, doctors, firefighters, police officers, construction workers, public transportation workers, garbage collectors, soldiers, janitors, fishermen, veterinarians and many more!
