to color in the number from the wheel on the cube tower.
Repeat for the second tower.

tool to move the star to the tower that has the fewer number.

Teacher Notes (not visible to students)
Student will spin the spinner and color that many cubes on the first tower. Student will spin the spinner and color that many cubes on the second tower. Student will put the star on the tower that has fewer. Give explicit directions on what to do if the towers have equal amounts.
