Power Words Practice (1-10)

Standards: Read common high-frequency words by sight (e.g., the, of, to, you, she, my, is, are, do, does). (RF.K.3.c.), Recognize and read grade-appropriate irregularly spelled words. (RF.1.3.g.)

Teacher Notes (not visible to students)

Read-Spell-Read is a great way for students to practice memorizing their Power Words. There is a read aloud feature for each word so students can do this activity independently. Then the last page is a Reading Fluency assessment, where students will show you how they are doing on the memorization of these words. You will have data in your teacher dashboard when they complete the activity.
